Analysis of Functions and Public Services by the Ministry of Education and Science Subordinate Institutions

Educational NGOs Network conducted an analysis of the functions and public services of the Ministry of Education and Science (MES) subordinate institutions. The need for this analysis was inspired by anticipated  gradual transfer of public services, including education, to non-governmental organizations and communities, thereby improving the quality and diversity of education services and the equal participation of non-governmental education providers in education policy.
